Thank you to all the wonderful staff at ROUGE, for helping to put together an amazing event to commemorate Mexico’s Bicentennial Anniversary of Independence with a week of Mexican Gastronomy.  The quality of the food and the service could not have been better.  It was fun to work with all the chefs and the general staff and get to know all of you.
I want to give special thanks to Chef Michael Dekker and Sous Chef Luis A. Elías Obregón for their big hand in setting up the final menu, and very special gratitude to the owners Chef Paul Rogalsky and Olivier Reynaud for making  their restaurant available for this very special event.
